FAQ
Yes, all our merchandises are 100% authentic. We directly import them from our reputed suppliers in Italy, the US, and Korea. The most cases, all our merchandises are inspected and cleared by the Malaysia Customs upon entry.
Our head office is located in Penang, Malaysia. Penang is situated in northwestern part of the Malay Peninsula. The local time is +8 GMT.
At the moment, we are only able accept the PayPal, Payoneer, and major credit cards.
Unfortunately, Stripe does not provide account set up in Malaysia. We will add the feature as soon as it is available.
If you are in the Southeast Asia, then we usually deliver in 2 to 3 days using a local courier service or express services of Malaysia POS.

China, Korea, Hong Kong, Macau, Mongolia, and Taiwan: Approximately 7 business days
The U.S and Canada: 10 - 14 business days
E.U.: 10 - 14 business days
Russia Federation: 10 - 21 days
Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji: 10 - 14 business days
Pacific Islands: 14 - 21 business days
Central and South Americas: 14 - 21 business days
Africa: 14 - 21 business days
Note: Due to economic embargo we can not use major courier services to addresses in Russia Federation. However, we may still make deliveries using Malaysia POS / EMS.
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition
and package (bag, hangtag, label, box etc.) to be
returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
You must return the item within 14 days from
receipt of your order.
Please send an email to our Customer Service to
request a refund and we will assign you a tracking
number.

Include in your package a signed letter stating the
reason for your return and the original receipt.
Return Exception
Some merchandises can not be returned if
packages are opened or worn. These include
underwear, hosiery, and lingerie.
A merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered
will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee & Refund
If you request for a refund, we charge a 3% restocking
fee on all items. You must bear return shipping and handling charges, and once we receive the merchandise, we will process your refund. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, and we do not refund on the original shipping and handling.
Exchange
You may exchange your item for a different size or color if your merchandise is in original unused condition. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
Store Credit
You may also request for a store credit instead of a refund or exchange, and you are not subject to the restocking fee. However, you are still responsible to pay for return shipping and handling charges.
The store credit bears no expiration, and you may use it partially or as a whole in conjunctions with promotions and deals.
Processing Time
We take 10 to 14 days to process your return and exchange.
Some products offer international warranty. For instance, Kenzo watches provide 2 year international warranty. The most major brands offer international warranty.
